The agreement

This page is the contract between you and Trade Circuit. It covers every part of the site — free content, courses, tools, and partner offers. If anything here doesn’t work for you, the remedy is simple: don’t use the site.

What Trade Circuit is

A trading-education platform. We publish courses, setups, guides, and tools, and occasionally point you to partner offers we think are worth a look. Each paid product comes with its own validity period, which we tell you about before you buy.

Your account

• Login happens through Google, and your access lives on the Gmail you registered with — double-check it when signing up.
• Your account is yours alone. Sharing logins or course access can get the account suspended without a refund.
• Access has an expiry date where stated. Renewing on time is on you — we send reminders, but missed renewals mean lapsed access.

Payments

Prices and validity are confirmed with you before any payment. Because access is digital and granted immediately, purchases are treated as final unless we say otherwise for a specific offer. Think a charge was made in error? Contact us — genuine mistakes get fixed.

The important bit: this is education

Everything on Trade Circuit — every course, setup, tool, chart, and message — is educational material. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts. Nothing here is a recommendation, tip, or solicitation to buy or sell any stock, index, derivative, commodity, or cryptocurrency.

Markets can and do move against you. Most leveraged traders lose money, and past results — ours or anyone’s — say nothing about the future. Whatever you trade, the decision and the risk are entirely yours. If you need personalised advice, talk to a registered financial adviser.

Our content stays ours

Courses, videos, setups, text, graphics, and the Trade Circuit brand are our property. Your purchase buys you personal access — not the right to copy, record, resell, or redistribute anything. Piracy ends access and may end in legal action.

Fair use

• Keep your account to yourself.
• Don’t scrape, download, or republish site content.
• Don’t probe, attack, or try to bypass the site’s security or access controls.
• Don’t do anything unlawful with or through the site.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to brokers and partner services. Those sites run under their own terms and policies — once you leave trade-circuit.com, their rules apply and we can’t be responsible for what happens there.

Where our responsibility ends

The site comes “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but to the fullest extent the law allows, Trade Circuit isn’t liable for trading losses, lost profits, downtime, or any indirect damage connected to your use of the site.

The law that applies

These terms sit under the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of the jurisdiction where Trade Circuit is registered.

Updates

When these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
