The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run your account — basically your Google sign-in details and your course access. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run ad trackers, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

What we collect

• Sign-in details — your name, Gmail address, and profile photo, provided by Google when you log in.
• Access records — which courses or tools you’ve been granted, and when that access expires.
• Activity on the site — pages you open and lessons you watch, used to keep things working and improve content.
• Conversations with us — emails, WhatsApp messages, and anything you send while asking for help.

Why we need it

• To log you in and keep your account secure.
• To activate, track, and renew your purchases.
• To answer when you reach out for support.
• To send service messages like expiry reminders.
• To understand what content works and fix what doesn’t.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal data.
• Run third-party advertising or cross-site trackers.
• Share your details with marketers.

Cookies

Cookies here do one job: keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences (like light or dark theme). Blocking them will simply mean you can’t stay logged in.

Who else touches your data

• Google — handles the sign-in flow; their privacy policy applies there.
• Our messaging provider — delivers WhatsApp service messages such as renewal reminders.
• Hosting providers — store and serve the site on our behalf under their own safeguards.
• Partner sites — if you follow a partner link (e.g. a broker offer), their policies apply from that point on.

How long we keep it

Account and access data stays while your account is active, plus a reasonable window afterwards for support and record-keeping. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Keeping it safe

Sessions run over HTTPS, admin access is restricted to team members who need it, and passwords never touch our system — Google handles authentication. That said, no online service is bulletproof, so we can’t promise absolute security.
